Terms of Service

Welcome to Tiwaar Academy, a subsidiary of Tiwaar Inc. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Definitions

• "Platform" — the Tiwaar Academy software and services
• "Academy Owner" — a user who creates and manages an academy on the platform
• "Member" — any user who joins an academy as a student, parent, teacher, or staff
• "Content" — courses, lessons, videos, and other materials uploaded to the platform

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account; students under 18 must have parental consent.

3. Academy Subscriptions

Academy Owners subscribe to a plan (Starter, Professional, or Premium). Subscription fees are billed monthly. You may upgrade or cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Payments

Student payments for courses are processed through Stripe Connect or Razorpay and deposited directly into the Academy Owner's bank account. Tiwaar Academy does not hold or handle student payments. Academy Owners are responsible for their own tax compliance.

5. India Payment Partner

For customers located in India, Tiwaar Academy has authorized Rishis Foundation to support local operations and collect applicable INR payments for Tiwaar Academy services. These payments may be processed through Rishis Foundation's Razorpay merchant account.

6. Content and Conduct

You are solely responsible for Content you upload. You must not upload content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, or harmful. We reserve the right to remove Content that violates these terms.

Academy Owners grant students enrolled in their courses a limited license to access course Content for personal, non-commercial use. Content remains the property of the Academy Owner or their licensors.

7. Multi-Tenant Isolation

Each academy operates as an isolated tenant. Academy Owners acknowledge that their data is segregated from other academies and that Tiwaar Academy enforces tenant isolation through row-level security.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Access another academy's data without authorization
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise platform security
• Use the platform for fraudulent or illegal activities
• Reverse engineer or scrape the platform
• Spam or harass other users

9. Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for the content uploaded by Academy Owners or the conduct of platform users.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tiwaar Inc. and its subsidiaries shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Academy Owners may cancel their subscription at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify Academy Owners of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
