We operate the Tiwaar Academy platform, which enables independent academies, tutors, and schools to manage courses, students, payments, and live scheduling. Academy information: Academy name, branding, course content, and configuration data you provide when setting up or managing an academy.

Student data: Enrollment records, progress data, and payment status, collected by academies you join.

Usage data: IP address, browser type, device information, and interaction logs for security and analytics purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the Tiwaar Academy platform
• To authenticate users and manage academy memberships
• To process payments through our payment partners (Stripe, Razorpay)
• To send notifications about courses, sessions, and account activity

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:

• Payment processors (Stripe, Razorpay) to process transactions — payment data is handled by these PCI-compliant providers, not stored by us
• Rishis Foundation, Tiwaar Academy's authorized India operating and payment partner, which facilitates INR payment collection through Razorpay for applicable Tiwaar Academy services. Rishis Foundation receives your name, email, and subscription details solely for the purpose of processing your payment.
• Service providers who help us operate the platform (hosting, email, analytics)
• Legal authorities when required by law or to protect our rights and safety

Each academy on the platform is a separate tenant. Academy data is isolated — one academy cannot access another academy's student or course data.

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, role-based access controls, and regular security audits. Our infrastructure is SOC 2 compliant.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support@tiwaar.com. Some data may be retained for legal compliance purposes.

6. Your Rights

7. Children's Privacy

The platform is designed for academies serving students of all ages. Parents or guardians manage accounts for minor students. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without parental consent.
