Terms of Service

By using Raga Music Academy's portal and courses, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Students under 18 must have parental consent. Accounts may be created via email/password or Google/Microsoft single sign-on.

2. Enrollment and Payments

Enrollment in courses is subject to availability and payment of applicable fees. Payments may be processed through Stripe (credit/debit card), Razorpay (India), or manual payment methods (cash, UPI, bank transfer, Zelle, or Venmo). Course access is granted upon successful enrollment and payment confirmation.

3. Course Content

Course materials, lessons, videos, and recordings are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not download, redistribute, or share course content or recordings without permission. Content remains the property of Raga Music Academy or its licensors.

4. Conduct

You agree not to disrupt classes, harass other students or staff, or attempt to access content you are not enrolled in. We reserve the right to remove users who violate these terms.

5. Live Classes

Live classes may be conducted via Tiwaar Web Conference (built-in video classroom), Zoom, or an external meeting link. Live class schedules are subject to change; we will notify you via the platform. Classes may be recorded for enrolled students who cannot attend live. Recording of live classes by students is not permitted without explicit consent.

6. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to all features. Live class quality depends on internet connectivity and device hardware.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raga Music Academy shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Platform

Our academy is powered by the Tiwaar Academy platform (a subsidiary of Tiwaar Inc.). Platform-level terms and infrastructure are governed by Tiwaar Academy's own Terms of Service.
