Refund Policy

This Refund Policy covers course payments made to Raga Music Academy.

1. Refund Window

Students may request a full refund within 7 days of enrollment if they have not accessed more than 20% of the course content.

2. Live Classes

Refunds for live class courses are at our discretion. If we cancel a course or batch, students receive a full refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

Contact us at hello@ragamusic.com with your enrollment details and reason for the refund request.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. The timing of the refund appearing on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.

5. Non-Refundable Items

• Completed courses where more than 20% of content has been accessed
• Custom or premium setup fees
• Chargeback-related administrative fees

6. Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision, you may escalate to hello@ragamusic.com. We will review the case and respond within 5 business days.
